Whether it’s a companion keeping you company or assisting with everyday chores, Infinity Home Health is always there when it counts.
We provide primarily non-medical care which includes services such as companionship, light housekeeping, shopping, personal care, medication reminders, errands, escort and transportation, meal planning and preparation, overnight care, 24/7 care and so much more.
Infinity Home Health can help with:
You or your loved one can benefit from our efforts to keep your home neat and tidy. We can handle the dusting, vacuuming, as well as organize cupboards and closets so things are easy to find. Keeping your bathrooms and kitchens clean reduce the risk of infection that can cause someone with a weak immune system to end up in the hospital. Our compassionate caregivers can make sure the laundry is done so you will have clean clothes to wear and a fresh, clean bed to sleep in. You will be amazed at how these little things can have a positive impact on your quality of life.
Good eating habits and proper nutrition are essential for healthy aging. Poor nourishment may worsen the impact of chronic diseases, lower resistance to infection and slow healing factors. Nutritional needs do change with age. Many people lose their appetite because their sense of taste and smell diminish.
Our caregivers can help you in the kitchen to prepare your meals for a day or prepare a weekly menu, should you choose to leave the cooking to us. We can also compile grocery lists and do the grocery shopping. When your meal is ready, our caregivers are happy to provide a little company during your meal or can clean up the kitchen while you are eating. The choice is yours.
Our caregivers can accompany you to get your hair done, go to church, do your banking or pick up some groceries. If you’d like our caregivers to take you out to meet your friends for coffee or lunch, all you have to do is ask. You can even choose to stay at home and relax while our caregiver runs your errands for you. The choice is yours.

Our personal care services can be one or all of the following activities:
Grooming, hair care, shaving, oral hygiene, bathing, dressing and undressing, transferring, range of motion exercises, walking, eating and feeding, monitoring vital signs.
You will enjoy spending time with our caring and compassionate caregivers who will find out what activities you enjoy. If you love the daily newspaper or a good book but poor vision prevents you from reading, our caregiver would be happy to read to you. If your pastime is playing cards or inviting friends in for tea, our caregivers would gladly make it happen.
The vast majority of adults take multiple medications. It’s not always easy to remember to take medications on time, and missed medications can cause health challenges. Our caregivers will be on top of your medication schedule and will remind you to take your medications on time.
The task of being a family caregiver can be all-consuming. Caregiver burnout can be equally damaging to the caregiver and the care receiver, since competency is threatened as stress levels rise. Remember, the care receiver depends on the caregiver to meet their needs, so the caregiver must look after themselves and stay healthy as well. Respite care provides temporary relief to primary caregivers. It is very flexible and can be designed to help the caregiver or the care receiver for a couple of hours or to cover for a vacation.
Respite care works best to relieve the pressures of Alzheimer & Dementia Care as well as Hospice & Palliative Care.
Our caregivers are available to live in your home, should you need it. They can assist throughout the day with any tasks required and be there for you or your loved one if the house is empty. Our caregiver sleeps through the night, but you gain peace of mind knowing there is someone in the house if you or your loved one need it.
Whether it’s Hospice & Palliative Care or Alzheimer & Dementia Care, we are here to help.
Usually when 24-hour home health care is required, it can be a more complex situation. Whatever the reasons for requiring 24-hour care, we create a customized plan to provide around the clock care.
