We recruit those who have a passion for working with seniors to help them live independently. Our caregivers are compassionate, reliable, trusted and hardworking.
Each applicant is thoroughly screened – including criminal record and vulnerable sector checks, independent references and personal interview by our team of experts – to ensure they meet the highest standard for providing home health care services.
Once they are hired, caregivers go through an orientation program given by our management team, which covers our policies and procedures as well as our expectations of the caregivers. Caregivers are also encouraged to participate in on-going training opportunities to enhance their skills.
